      Create a PreDebs Registration Page

      How to publish a PreDebs registration page that guests can submit details for an upcoming event.

      1. Navigate to Marketing > Website > Landing Pages on Hubspot
      2. Search for 'PreDebs Registration Master 2022'
      3. Clone and rename page 'School Name PreDebs Registration Year'
          1. Example: Scoil Mhuire PreDebs Registration 2021
      4. In the Content Tab, personalise the webpage the for the specific school
        1. Remove placeholder and insert school name and event date into page header
        2. Scroll down and select the form on the page
          1. In 'Edit Form' sidebar, select 'EDIT' (located below PreDebs Registration)
          2. On the next page, navigate to Actions > Clone Form
          3. Clone and rename form 'School Name PreDebs Registration Year'
          4. Go back into the page editor and select the form again. 
          5. Select the newly created form from the dropdown menu.
          6. Change form title to 'School Name PreDebs Registration'
          7. Ensure follow up email is set to 'PreDebs Registration Complete'
          8. Insert the following thank you message:

      Registration complete.

      Please refresh this page to register another guest.

       

                    ix. Select the 'styles' tab and navigate to Alignment and spacing > Padding and Margin.

                     x. Add 30px padding to the left and right of the form.

                     xi. Click 'Apply Changes' in the form editor. 

      5. Navigate to the Settings Tab

        1. Change the page title to the 'School Name PreDebs Registration Year'
        2. Change the content slug in the domain to 'school-predebs-registration-year'

      6. Publish page and send url to secretary.
