Supplier: Hendersons Food Service

Ordering and delivery: Order before 6pm on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.

Order before 6pm on Thursday for a Friday delivery.

Deliveries usually arrive before 11am.                                     

Orders can be placed through a phone call with Damian or on the Hendersons website.

 

Supplier: Badger and Dodo

Ordering and delivery: Deliveries are through DPD and tend to take 4/5 working days.

Usually, ordering early on a Monday will allow for a delivery before the weekend.

Orders are done through their online Pepperi ordering platform, but in emergencies Meena will take an order by phone.

 

Supplier: Rollin’ In The Dough

Ordering and delivery: Orders are usually placed on a Monday via text/WhatsApp for delivery on Wednesday. Orders can be split so that a second delivery will come later in the week if necessary.

A general weekly order would be; 50 cookies, 30 cookie cups and maybe 15 macaroons.

Should be given creative freedom if she wants to experiment as she usually knows what is good and what will sell.

 

Supplier: Fat Jakes Cakes

Ordering and delivery: Order on a Monday via text for a Wednesday delivery.

A general order would be between 25/35 cheesecakes depending on how busy you expect the week to be.

Good sellers are; Mango and Passionfruit, Mint Aero, Lotus biscuit, Kinder.

Should also be let experiment.

Ordering and delivery: Order on a Monday via text for a Wednesday delivery.

A typical order would be 1 batch (18) muffins and 1 or 2 slabs of blondies.

Ask them to portion the blondie as the slab can break easily if not carried/stored on a flat surface in the coffee shop.
