A general weekly order would be; 50 cookies, 30 cookie cups and maybe 15 macaroons.
Should be given creative freedom if she wants to experiment as she usually knows what is good and what will sell.

A typical order would be 1 batch (18) muffins and 1 or 2 slabs of blondies.
Ask them to portion the blondie as the slab can break easily if not carried/stored on a flat surface in the coffee shop.
